These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of www.thriveleadership.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Thrive Leadership LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our Site and services as offered by us. This Site offers visitors information and resources relating to leadership and professional development. 

Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Thrive Leadership LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use our Site or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Content includes but is not limited to images, text, documents, models, audio, video, downloadable files, copyrights, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site (collectively, the “Content”). 

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 

Acceptable Use

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that we made the Site available. You may not use the Site in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Leadership LLC and our partners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or any of services offered on the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Dispute Resolution

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms, if you and Thrive Leadership LLC cannot resolve any dispute through informal discussion, you and Thrive Leadership LLC agree to submit the issue before a mediator. The decision of the mediator will not be binding. Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to you and Thrive Leadership LLC.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, you and Thrive Leadership LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring action in small claims court and bring action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms will still be considered valid.

Right to Change and Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these Terms periodically. You will be subject to and deemed to have been made aware of and accepted the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms are posted. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific note of each such change. Your continued use of the Site or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Site or the service.
