These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our Site and services as offered by us. This Site offers visitors information and resources relating to leadership and professional development.

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms, if you and Thrive Leadership LLC cannot resolve any dispute through informal discussion, you and Thrive Leadership LLC agree to submit the issue before a mediator. The decision of the mediator will not be binding. Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to you and Thrive Leadership LLC.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, you and Thrive Leadership LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring action in small claims court and bring action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms will still be considered valid.
Right to Change and Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these Terms periodically. You will be subject to and deemed to have been made aware of and accepted the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms are posted. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific note of each such change. Your continued use of the Site or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
